Camden Garden Centre is an unusual Garden Centre. We not only supply plants and gardening products of the broadest range and of excellent quality and give expert guidance and customer advice but we are also a charitable organisation offering employment, training and educational opportunities and donate funds to our parent charity.
Coronavirus Policy May 2020
We need to make Camden Garden Centre as Covid safe as we can. Because of this we have introduced a number of social distancing measures. This will be a little bit inconvenient but we know that customers and staff appreciate the need to trade as safely as possible. Since reopening we have received many compliments from customers who feel very safe shopping with us and are very happy with the way we have organised social distancing measures.
We have introduced a one-way system to help customers and staff to social distance. We ask all customers and staff to observe the 2 metre social distancing rule and to follow the one way system.. We restrict customer groups to one person per household. Exceptions will be made for disabled or frail customers. All customers are asked to use a trolley. This enables us to monitor the number of customers in the garden centre at any one time and also it will help customers to keep a social distance between themselves and also staff. Exceptions will be made for disabled or frail customers. All trollies are sanitized before allocation to customers. We ask all customers to keep their trolley with them so that walkways and the one way system are not obstructed.
Gloves and hand sanitizer are available for all customers and staff
